Imagine a world where your stories aren’t told. No books. No films. No songs. Nothing about you, your family, or your culture. WestWords is Western Sydney’s literature development organization.  We give Western Sydney a voice, a space to be heard and celebrated. Join us in creating, building, and empowering OUR communities.

WestWords is conducting an online fundraising auction of beautifully illustrated works to continue to build our children and young people’s literacy skills and provide a pathway of literary opportunity.

Our programs promote and encourage reading, writing, and story-making by children and young people because we believe the power of self-expression and creativity can change lives.  Share in their stories – in your own home.

We have original works and signed high-quality prints by Bronwyn Bancroft, Paul McDermott, Jeannie Baker, Jonathan Bentley, Elizabeth Honey, Andrew McLean, Anne James, Alison Lester, Matt Ottley, Alison Lester, Thoby Riddle, Mitch Vane, Martin Chatterton, Eloise Short, Sadami Konchi, Donna Rawlins, Leanne Mulgo Watson, Emma Quay, Alaa Alfaron, Max Hamilton, Ann James, Jennifer Goldsmith, Matt Cosgrove, and Aaron Blabey.

Support our important work and enjoy owning work from some of Australia’s leading, and Western Sydney emerging, children’s book illustrators.

Your support gives Western Sydney a voice.
