Saturday August 3rd is a unique opportunity to come to the WestWords Centre for Writing in Parramatta — to not only collect your copy of the publication — but we are also inviting all winning and highly commended writers to celebrate and showcase their work! Between 11am and 1pm there will be an open mic on stage, where all winners and highly commended writers are welcome to read their work — freshly published in the anthology! — in front of a crowd. The performances will be recorded, and go on to be showcased on our website. This is a call for participation for the writers featured in the publication!

All featured writers receive 1 free copy of the publication — which can be picked up on this date, if not collected at the launch at PHIVE in July. Additional copies are available for purchase.

Families and friends are welcome to come along and support the public readings. Please RSVP under the name of the featured writer.

Once you RSVP — you will be sent a RUNSHEET of the day, telling you what time to arrive for your reading. Please look out for this email, and take note of your arrival time, to ensure the day runs smoothly. Arrival times can be negotiated, if you contact

This program, and the stories we tell, wouldn’t be possible without the support of our partners, Arab BankAustralian Catholic University (ACU)Create NSW, and WestLit Libraries.
